Leveraging IFS for our Toughest Clinical Challenges: One Dietitian’s Perspective on Burnout, Chronicity, Stuckness, and Shame

CE Hours 1

About this course

Clinicians working with clients who have eating disorders often experience feelings of overwhelm, stagnation, and inefficacy. These challenging emotions can arise within themselves, as well as in interactions with clients and team members. In this workshop, Marci shares her journey of integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her clinical practice, highlighting the positive effects it has had on both her personal and professional life. She will use a client vignette to illustrate how IFS has helped alleviate burnout, especially when working with long-term clients.
